Employer Satisfaction User's Guide The Employer Satisfaction Information System compiles the results of the employer follow-up survey conducted once every four years by the 16 technical colleges. Participants in this survey are employers identified through Graduate Outcomes survey. Employers are in a unique position to assess the effectiveness of a technical college education in preparing people for employment. The statewide report is used as a valuable tool for the evaluation of educational programs and services offered by the WTCS. All WTCS reports can be found here.
