Justice-Involved Education

The Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) is committed to opening doors for justice-involved individuals by providing meaningful educational opportunities in both correctional and re-entry settings. Our programs include Adult Education, English Language Learning, and occupational skills training, delivered through strong partnerships with colleges, state and local correctional institutions, and community organizations.

These initiatives are designed to create pathways to success by offering alternatives to incarceration, reducing employment barriers, lowering recidivism, and building the necessary skills for long-term employability. Together, we’re helping individuals transform their futures and strengthen our communities.
