This is a tool for initial guidance and to facilitate communication with District Financial Aid Officers.  Each program must be approved by WTCS and submitted to the U.S. Department of Education for approval by the Financial Aid Officer prior to offering any financial aid to students. This is strictly a guidance document and for financial aid purposes only. The U.S. Department of Education Handbook is the official government interpretation of rules and regulations and is updated annually. Consult with your District Financial Aid Officers for any changes in regulations.
