This is a two-day joint apprenticeship program meeting.  On the first day, BAS and WTCS attendees will gather to collaborate on delivery of apprentice related instruction programs.  On the second day, WTCS attendees and BAS attendees will meet separately, within their own groups to discuss apprenticeship program practices and instruction.
