Presenters will work through the process of creating a college program within a correctional facility. From a theoretical approach (VERA), supportive policies/procedures (VERA/DOC), to challenges of recruitment-enrollment (Madison/DOC) we will cover the gambit of issues and take questions from those who want to know more.
