About Me:

Prior to joining the WTCS State Office in 2015, I worked as a Senior Program Coordinator, Instructor, and Gender Equity Specialist at Madison Area Technical College for over fifteen years and as a self-employed consultant to public workforce and education systems for ten years.  My work focused on systems and programs analysis and development as the foundation for improving gender parity and a culture of inclusion in post-secondary education and workforce training, particularly for nontraditional careers for women in construction, manufacturing, engineering, transportation, and protective services fields.
