About Me
I have over 17 years of experience in a variety of positions in Wisconsin State Government developing expertise in labor policy and human resources, project management, and formulating policy to address skilled worker shortages.
In my current role, I facilitate and manage workforce development initiatives with emphasis on programming and services to address the needs of incumbent workers and those seeking to enter the labor market. In addition, I work to foster collaboration and cooperation throughout the WTCS and with other state agencies, educational partners, business, industry and labor. I have my CPM in project management and enjoy the opportunity to facilitate alignment among stakeholders partners toward shared goals.
