Educational Services Manual

The Educational Services Manual (The ESM) provides current WTCS academic policies and business rules.  Revisions and updates are released on a monthly basis, with the Revision Release Notes providing an overview of changes. Documents under the Legacy ESM are policies that are currently under revision.

Current ESM Forms should be downloaded for all form submissions to ensure the most up-to-date versions are used.  For questions, contact programs@wtcsystem.edu.
