Welcome to the CCP System Transition Page. This page provides key information, resources, and support as we prepare to launch the new CCP system in early November. Please review the sections below to stay informed and ready for the transition.
Timeline
Stay on top of important dates related to the system freeze, submission deadlines, and training sessions.

| Oct 1 – Oct 31 | System Freeze – No new record uploads |
| Late October | Training sessions begin |
| Early November | New CCP system launch |
*During the freeze, you should still be able to view course, curriculum, and program data in the current system. Reports and dashboards should be unaffected by the transition as well.
