Contract Reporting System

This manual has been removed from the Financial Accounting Manual (FAM) and issued as a separate document. It provides information on rules and guidelines for entering into and reporting Contracts for Services in the WTCS. Also included is specific information on the Contract Reporting System and the edit error messages generated during the record submission process that were formerly in the Contract Reporting System Section of the Information Systems Manual (ISM), which has also been merged into the manual.
