Course and Curriculum Approval System Transition

The new WTCS Course, Curriculum, and Programs (CCP) Data System is now live! This page provides key information, resources, and support to help you navigate and successfully transition to the new system.

Please review the sections below for guidance, training opportunities, and troubleshooting tips as you begin using the new CCP system.


Timeline

Stay on top of important dates related to the system freeze, submission deadlines, and training sessions.

Date Event
Now – Sept 26 Submit FY26 course and curriculum records
Sept 27 – Sept 30 Director review period
Oct 1 – Oct 31 System Freeze – No new record uploads
Late October Training sessions begin
Monday, November 3rd New CCP system launch
*During the freeze, you should still be able to view course, curriculum, and program data in the current system. Reports and dashboards should be unaffected by the transition as well
