Course and Curriculum Approval System Transition
The new WTCS Course, Curriculum, and Programs (CCP) Data System is now live! This page provides key information, resources, and support to help you navigate and successfully transition to the new system.

Timeline
Stay on top of important dates related to the system freeze, submission deadlines, and training sessions.

College Users
- 10/27 1pm-2pm: Recorded All College Users Overview. Recording
- 10/28 10am-11:30am College File Submitters Training. Recording
- 10/29 8:00-9:30am: College File Submitters Training
- 10/29 9:30am-10:30am; 1pm-2pm College Drop-In Trainings
We will be hosting additional drop-in sessions after the system goes live on:
- Monday 11/3 from 12:30-2pm
- Tuesday 11/4 from 8:30-10am
- Tuesday 11/4 from 1:30-3pm
- Wednesday 11/5 from 10-11:30am
- Wednesday 11/5 from 2:30-4pm
